About

My name is Megan Carley, I am a graduate from BA Graphic Design at Kingston University and a MA Publishing graduate from LCC. I took part in Extended Diploma at UCA Canterbury where I studied Visual Communication from 2017-2019.

During this period I found my love of typography and editorial. Publishing became a big passion for me throughout University allowing me to create different publications of a variety of topics that are special to me. It also allows me to include my own typography and layout ideas of ‘outside the grid’.

Throughout my years of graphic design, I have realised that a lot of my projects are about social issues. I like how vulnerable and personal I can be within my work, allowing others to resinate. It is one of the many reasons why I love design.

I am always looking for different experiences to help me broaden my knowledge and techniques. Always happy to try something new, meet new people and show what I can do.
